My name is Gregory Mariscal, and I’m the founder of Mariscal Design Group.
 

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University, where I developed a strong foundation in both design and problem-solving. After graduation, I moved from Oregon to Massachusetts, and later to Arizona — each chapter of my journey helping shape my approach to engineering with a diverse set of experiences and perspectives.

In Arizona, I spent four years gaining hands-on experience working with homeowners, developers, and municipalities on a wide range of civil engineering projects. It was also where I met my wife, whose strong roots in the Bay Area eventually brought us to beautiful Sonoma County — a place we now proudly call home.

 

I am a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of California, and in 2025, I launched Mariscal Design Group with a simple mission: deliver high-quality civil engineering services with the attention to detail and responsiveness clients deserve What sets us apart is our commitment to combining big-picture thinking with practical, buildable solutions. We don’t just deliver plans — we provide guidance, clarity, and a streamlined process that helps projects move smoothly from concept to construction.
